Marine Grade CPVC

All pipe and fittings shall be manufactured from CORZAN Type IV, Grade I Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) compounds. Pipe and fittings are produced in the USA using domestic materials, by an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer in addition to maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

All ChlorFIT Schedule 80 Corzan CPVC fittings are manufactured in conformance to ASTM F439 with cell classification of 23447 per ASTM D1784. All fittings shall be listed with the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) under Standard 14 & 61 for potable water applications and shall be listed as meeting UL 723/ASTM E84 25/50 flame smoke rating per ICC-ES PMG-1264 test report. Transition fittings have type 316L stainless steel male or female NPT connections with integral CPVC socket connections.
